The FurnishCover mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by FurnishCover (“FurnishCover”, “we”, or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

Consent to Receive Messages

By consenting to FurnishCover's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of FurnishCover through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. This includes messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technologies.

Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include offers, specials, and marketing promotions (e.g., cart reminders). You understand that participation in this program is completely voluntary, and you are not required to sign up to make purchases with FurnishCover.

Message Frequency & Charges

Message frequency may vary. While FurnishCover does not charge for the Service, you are responsible for all charges and fees related to text messaging, including any charges from your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. We recommend checking with your mobile provider for details about message rates and charges.

Cancellation

You can opt-out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by texting the keyword commands STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to [Insert Number] or by clicking the unsubscribe link (if available) in any received text message. Once you opt out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless initiated by you.

If you have subscribed to multiple FurnishCover mobile message programs, you must opt out separately from each program by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

Changes to Messaging Terms

We may change the short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time. If this happens, we will notify you. Liability Disclaimer

The wireless carriers that support the Service are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. You are responsible for ensuring that you provide us with a valid mobile number. If you change your mobile number, you will need to sign up again for the Service using your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FurnishCover is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of messages, any errors in the information provided, or any action you may take based on the information or Service.
