Enjoy free shipping on select items! Please note, free shipping is subject to review and may be limited to specific areas. If other items are added to the same order, they may incur additional shipping charges.

Standard Parcel Delivery

  • For standard parcel items, shipping takes approximately 7-14 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details for easy monitoring.
  • Please note, the client is responsible for unboxing, assembling, and placing the items in the desired location.
  • For Saturday/Sunday Deliveries, an additional fee will apply for weekend delivery requests.

Furniture & Oversized Item Delivery

  • For furniture and large items, shipping typically occurs Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 weeks, although it may vary for Made-to-Order items.
  • Please ensure assistance is available for unloading and placing the furniture, as deliveries are curbside or front-door drop-offs.
  • Note: Additional charges may apply for oversized or clearance items. Please email customerservice@furnishcover.com for more details.
  • A surcharge applies for weekend delivery requests.
  • In some remote areas, the items may be delivered to the truck's opening only. You’ll need to arrange help for unloading, and the freight company will reach out to confirm the delivery date.

White Glove Delivery (Available in Select Areas)

Enjoy premium White Glove Delivery service for eligible regions, where our delivery team will go above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience.

  • In-Stock Items ship within 7-14 business days, though this may vary during peak times.
  • The delivery team will place items in your desired room or outdoor area, handle all assembly, and remove all packing materials.
  • White Glove service is available for specific areas only. Additional fees may apply for locations that are difficult to access (e.g., islands or remote locations).
  • You’ll receive a call or email 1-2 days prior to your delivery, confirming the scheduled time frame. Once confirmed, the delivery time cannot be adjusted.

Delivery Outside Eligible Areas

For locations outside our eligible delivery regions, your order will be delivered via curbside drop-off. The customer is responsible for unboxing, assembly, and placement of items. Please ensure assistance is available at the delivery location for unloading.

Handling Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered or backordered items, we generally hold the delivery until all items are ready to ship. If you’d like to receive in-stock items sooner, we can split the shipment for an additional shipping fee.

Made-to-Order Items

For Made-to-Order items, such as custom outdoor furniture, delivery will take 3-4 weeks or longer, depending on your location.

Peak season (April - July): Please expect longer delivery times during this period. Additional charges may apply for out-of-province or remote locations.

Inspecting Your Order

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items for damage or discrepancies. If you notice any issues, please report them within 72 hours of delivery. Contact us at customerservice@furnishcover.com, and include photos along with a description of the issue.
