Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right for your space, we're here to assist with the return process.

Inspection on Delivery:

All items should be carefully inspected upon delivery. If there are any issues such as damage or discrepancies, please reach out to our customer service at customerservice@webcommander.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Don’t forget to include photos of the damage or concern.

Return Process:

If you’d like to return an item that doesn’t fit your needs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will need your return to be pre-authorized by our team before proceeding.

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be in original condition, unused and with all packaging intact.
  • If the item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with the packaging, please mention this when requesting the return and provide clear photos.
  • Once returned, the item will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. If it's in good condition, we will process a refund, minus any applicable fees.
  • If the returned item is found to be damaged or used, deductions will be made from your refund.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.

Refund Method:

If the return is approved, your refund will be issued back to the credit card used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable or Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom/Special Orders: These items are created specifically for you and typically cannot be returned. Any return requests will be reviewed by our team, and if approved, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

COM (Customer’s Own Material) Orders: These are final sale and cannot be refunded. Floor Models & Clearance Items: Items that are marked 30% off or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment:
You can cancel your order before it has shipped or is placed on backorder. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to proceed with the return process.

Custom & Special Orders:
Custom and special order items cannot be cancelled once placed.

Price Adjustments

We’re happy to offer one-time price adjustments on items purchased. If the price of an item you purchased drops within 14 days of the purchase date, we will refund the difference. To qualify for a price adjustment:

The price reduction must be on the exact same item (including the same color, fabric, or finish). Price adjustments do not apply during promotional periods such as Black Friday, 10 Days of Christmas, or Boxing Week Sales.
